Just a stupid ghost story?

Think again.

"Look or Leaf" is a short horror animatic featuring a Hmong superstition: if you poke a hole through a leaf, you can see ghosts.

There are a few variations and initially it seems more silly than scary. But the more time I spend thinking about it, the creepier it gets. My short take on this centers on a young pheasant hunter going about a normal day, only for things to turn for the worse when his arrow misses his target.
